Zinging starts with a decision. You choose how long you want to be offline. This creates clarity, focus, and a moment to pause before you begin.

Step 2:
Find the Right Moment

Leaving your phone behind isn’t always easy. Zing is made for those intentional moments—when you’re ready to unplug, even just for a while.

Step 3:
Start Your Zing Session

Open the Zing app and tap “Start Zinging.” Then leave your phone behind and take your ZingTag with you. Once the tag detects enough distance from your phone, your session begins.

Step 4:
Experience Zinging

No pings, no screens – just presence. Whether you’re walking, thinking, or simply being, Zing Time gives you space to reconnect with yourself and the world around you.

Step 5:
Return & Reflect

When you return to your phone, Zing ends the session and logs your progress minutes away, streaks built, insights earned, and rewards unlocked.
